For processors and packers who demand gentle handling and minimum degradation when lowering product into bins or bulk containers, Triple/S Dynamics offers automated bin fillers in single- or dual-spiral configurations. These fillers employ a sensor fitted at the end of a retractable spiral let-down chute. As the bin fills, the sensor detects the level and automatically retracts the spiral. A simple adjustment of the spiral’s pitch, diameter and length provides the gentle handling and specific product flow rate needed. Maintenance Tip
Be sure to keep a spare Slipstick drive on hand. This will eliminate downtime in case of breakdown. If a breakdown does occur, please send us the drive and we will analyze the problem. Contact your sales engineer or email us for more information.
