X-Force Conveyor Reversing Feature

The patented X-Force drive online reversing mechanism allows reversal of the product travel direction without stopping the conveyor drive. The unique design of the online reversing mechanism maintains maximum conveying efficiency in both conveying directions.

The online reversing mechanism can be added to any size X-Force drive and other than the externally mounted pneumatic actuator there are no other exposed components.

The online reversing mechanism is ideal for applications where an X-Force conveyor is feeding multiple devices in either direction from a mid-pan infeed location, such as a bulk bag filling station or at the discharge of a storage unit feeding two different packaging lines. In these applications a single reversing X-Force conveyor will replace a reversing belt conveyor, which is prone to belt tracking issues or two back-to-back vibratory conveyors with a two-way diverter valve, which introduces additional stack up height and increased product breakage. Vibrating Screens Are Not All The Same

High-speed vibrating screens may be distinguished from other types, such as shaking or gyratory screens, in two respects:

There is a strong component of motion perpendicular to the plane of the screen surface;
The peak accelerations associated with the motion, either circular or reciprocating, typically fall in the range of four to six times the acceleration of gravity (4-6 g's).
